Of all the methods I personally used to quit smoking, this was PROBABLY the best for me. However, here is my disclaimer. I went BACK to smoking, after 8 months!!! How stupid is that??? But I did it, and I am sure some people understand this. My Wife was still smoking, I looked for an excuse to have one with my morning coffee, and BAM, hooked again!
But I MUST say, this book REALLY worked! I guess I just wasn’t ready to stay quit! MILLIONS have used Allen Carrs method, including many celebrities who have spoken on camera about it! Ashton Kutcher comes to mind, I believe it was on a Larry King interview. He said he used to smoke “like it was his job”. And the book cured him. You can KEEP SMOKING while you read it, in fact Allen encourages it!
I can’t say enough about this book. I have given it to others I love, but sadly learned in most cases, they just never read it.
